Odds are good that the ipad can replace a laptop for quite a large percentage of folks. If email, the internet and writing a letter, doing a reasonably sized spreadsheet or putting a power point presentation together odds are good it will.
In the spreadsheet editor, would be feasible to create a new document ? What i’m really interested in is weather you can drag&drop a cell by its corner to extend its formula. Hope I explained this right.
Good video, thanks for uploading.
I agree, you have to appreciate the instant on and the fantastic battery life. Just the ability to go to a meeting and not have to spend 3 minutes to start my laptop up just to take notes or be able to look at my Exchange info on a larger screen makes it worthwhile. It may not be a complete laptop replacement but it sure is a great tool!
Really like the video. I hear so many people saying that the iPad is not a laptop replacement but I think there is potential via the apps you are demoing to get it somewhere close to laptop functionality. Its not perfect but I think for on the go usage there are many pro’s. In many ways its the apps and developers not the iPad but look how far the iPhone has come with app development. Thanks and keep the videos coming
